David installed my ac about 5 years ago. He is a pleasure to deal with. He did a great job with the install and recently came for a service as I was having an issue with my thermostat. Even though he was extremely busy he took the time to come fix my issue. I wouldn't use anyone else.

We selected David Hearing and Air solely based on reviews posted on HomeAdvisor. David and Maria arrived at the agreed upon time. We were not sure if our unit was repairable. David politely listen to our explanation of the issue. He analyzed the problem and presented a photo of the cause. He explained that it wasn't repairable. His estimate seemed very fair and we contracted him to do the install without getting another estimate. He did not pressure us and was very confident that the newer indoor unit was in good condition and did not need to be replaced. He arranged to be back later that same day to complete the installation. He called at that time to let us know that he was running 10-20 minutes late. He arrived 15 minutes late and we had cool air flowing within the hour. He took precautions to avoid tracking in dirt. We were very happy with his work and will be using him for semi-annual service.

David was EXCELLENT! He was extremely polite, attentive to details both for the current repair & the future health/longevity of the a/c. Lastly, but not least, he was also prompt & there first thing with part as promised.

I needed a quote on a new heat pump system and not only was David’s price competitive against three others, it was significantly better because his quote included a better unit (two stage instead of single stage), a better quality system (Trane), a much higher SEER rating and all at a lower price including installation. In addition, he is professional, works quickly, quietly/cleanly, and was a pleasure to talking to and working with. Here is the bottom line: If you want a big company, with a person who comes out to make a quote from a book or iPad, David isn’t your guy – If you want a phone receptionist to and answer your call and direct you to the right person or schedule your visit, David isn’t your guy (he answers the phone himself) – But, if you want high quality work, with high quality products from a trained professional at the best possible price, then David is your guy!

Very happy with all aspects of this company

David came out on Sunday, checked the wiring, removed the defective part and installed the new part, tested the AC and checked the fluid all were working Ok reinstalled the cover. He completed the project within the hour and we paid by check. He did a fine job by coming out on a Sunday and we had our AC back running in our 95 degree temperature.

Very nice guy and prominent service. He took his Saturday to replace my A/C and he responded very quickly to finding the problem.
