He fixed my dryer twice in the past but it still needs to go two cycles to fully dry anything. I decided to purchase new washer and dryer. They are used but way newer then my old ones. The washer is leaking water on the bottom so I called David and told him the problem. He came by and took a look at it and charged me $85 to tell me it can not be fixed. He would not answer my questions, he just told me it is the worst problem to have and it is going to leak and make noise. But I told him it does not make noise at all so what is he even talking about? I should have went elsewhere.

David is a true professional with extensive knowledge. Very helpful trouble shooting skills and effective repair success. A great source for refrigerator/freezer repair. Top notch service!

Very nice, proffessional, prompt and reliable. After a couple questions when we talked on the phone he diagnosed the problem, had the replacements parts on hand and took care of the issue like a champ. I will keep his info for any future work.

On time, actually early.

Needed dryer repair. Put in a request at 8:10pm Sunday and by 8:30AM Monday David called to discuss my request needs. I briefly told him what was going on with my Maytag dryer that was about 20yrs old. He offered to come in about 3-4 hrs that same day. Needless to say, I was impressed. He called and was almost an hour ahead of his original time frame. He came with parts he thought would be necessary. Had it fixed and job complete within an hour. He also offered great professional advice on other questions asked. I can truly say he's one of the best service people I have ever encountered. Highly recommend and would give 10 stars if possible. Will keep his number in my contact list and recommend him to everyone. Job far exceeded my expectations! Thank you David!

David was on time and professional. Took his time and was not rushed. Offered solutions to help lower cost of my repairs (oven and ice maker) even showing me how to do myself rather (where to order parts and self install) that have him do it and charge a another service visit. Trustworthy guy!

David repaired my Samsung front-loading washer. The pump had gone out and it wouldn't drain. He showed up on time, had the correct part with him, was friendly and straight-forward, replaced the pump efficiently. Although it cost more than I wish it had, it was in line with all the other quotes I got, and was exactly what he had quoted. No surprises! I will definitely call him for any future appliance repairs.

David was prompt and professional. Though he was unable to repair or fridge due to a complex freon leak he gave me several pieces of advice that have helped in the process of getting the leak repaired that I would not have known otherwise and gave us a discount on his diagnostic fee.

David was professional, courteous, and kind. I was extremely impressed with how much time he took to explain what was wrong. My washer was not worth fixing and David was very honest about this, that means a lot in this day and age. He went above and beyond to help me and I ended up purchasing a used washer at a great price that works great! Highly highly recommend!

Explained his work and my options and I never felt he was trying to do more than was necessary David also took the time to educate me when I asked questions about appliances in general and what to look for when it comes time to purchase some time in the hopefully distant future.
