I paid for my fence replacement the end of August. It is now November 21st and it has not been completed as agreed upon and he had made it clear he is done. Promises made during the bid were backed out on. David cashed the check right away and then I didn't hear from him for 3 weeks. I had to call repeatedly to ask him to get started. The fence is wobbly in some sections because the posts were not sunk correctly. One section was built inside out; to be fair he did fix this after we spoke, but didn't stain the wood on the neighbors side prior to building it [there is a chicken coop on the other side] despite agreeing to do thus in writi

"She got a lifetime warranty on the pressure-treated posts. I had to put metal stakes because there were roots that I couldn't dig through and Anchored the pressure treated posts to the metal stakes in the ground. Lifetime warranty!!! On my contract I never mentioned painting the fence. But I painted for free!! She wanted to pay me the total amount upfront on her own terms. I will never ask for full payment upfront. I said we will get it done before the snow flies and we did. It looks great!!!"
