During the build of our brand-new home, our builder contracted Lars David to install our beautiful new deck. Shortly after the installation, we noticed a few minor adjustments were required. Yet, to our dismay, our builder (Hi Point Construction, Fenton MI) declared bankruptcy, leaving us stranded. In desperation, I reached out directly to Damon at Lars David to address our concerns. Despite our builder still owing them money for other projects, they promptly rectified the issues, ensuring we received nothing short of a top-notch deck. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service were truly exceptional.

Just had my deck built by Lars David and would highly recommend them. They were very helpful from the beginning/planning to the end. They handled the necessary permit and neighborhood approval form requirements. The team building the deck had to deal with lousy weather; cold, wind, snow and rain, but they got our desk done before winter. We are highly satisfied with our beautiful new deck and can't wait to use it next spring!

They were very professional all the way through the project. Damon was on time for our first appointment, always responsive to my email and text and ALWAYS met the timeline he committed to. Brent and the other contractors were professional, polite and always cleaned up at the end of the day. The office staff was also extremely helpful and professional. I love my new deck!

Our deck looks fantastic! Damon and the crew did such a great job and we couldn't be happier with the outcome and overall experience with Lars/David. They were able to complete our deck ahead of schedule. The job site was picked up every day and the guys were here every day, all day working to get our project finished. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new deck! Worth every penny!!

Outstanding experience throughout the entire process - from the consulting on the deck design, expectation management on timing of the build, with frequent updates via phone and email on what to expect, who would be showing up, etc., and then the actual crew that did the build could not have been more professional or considerate. They were meticulous in their attention to detail and in keeping the build site clean during and once the project was complete. It was a pleasure to contract with Lars David.

My deck looks amazing.I love all the suggestions Damon made. What a bunch of hard workers. They had every kind of weather you can have in January and February, they were out there every day. I would recommend Lars/Davis, great quality and looks beautiful.

I was not satisfied with their work. I hired them to build a new composite deck way back in October 2015, and after 4 yrs. the deck floors were popping up loose and warping. I called them several times to look at it but they will not even come. The last time we talked, they were asking $1,000.00 just to look at what they did.

Damon was good to work with. Once quote was given, there was no haggling afterward. The crew was fast, and cleaned up after every day. Phone calls returned quickly. Went to their location to review the railing and lighting options was very helpful

By far the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. They are very professional, friendly, and very neat. At the end of each day they cleaned up everything. Great work and great crew. Damon came out and walked through all options with us, gave opinions where we asked and was very responsive to any questions we had in the process. Deck was built in a couple of days even through a spat of rough weather. Would definitely hire these guys again.

The only honest contractor I have dealt with thus far building a gunite pool. It's been 11 months and the pool still isn't done due to Midwest Pools (Grand Blanc) incompetence - but the fence is beautiful, thanks to Lars/David.
