He tried to swindle me by changing the price multiple times. I didn't even have him finish my lawn because I did not want to be taken advantage of.

He does not clean up or edge the lawn. Grass is left in the trash can when he is given a lawn bag. Also, he charges twice what other services charge and you still has to find someone to complete the project.
