David Maisonneuve Appraisal Services. David is a California Certified Licensed Appraiser (Lic. #AR005328) with over 32 years of total experience. The first 15 years working for two major banks and the last 17 years as an independent residential appraiser. David is familiar with everything from high end custom homes to everyday tract homes throughout Monterey County.
