these guys were great. shades and electrical connections were severed. strings broken. got a quote from a different company toto replace them for $2000.00.. these guys fixed them for 235.00.

David at Forever Blinds did a fantastic job. Both his visits (consultation and installation) were timely, efficient, and friendly. His advice was honest and on-point, his prices were fair, and he arrived on time, as promised, both times. When I first called David to set up an appointment for a consultation, he was able to be there within a few business days - other companies I contacted could not visit within 2 weeks. I would absolutely recommend his services to others.

I did not do the project. Forver Blinds Mr David S. explained very clearly that what I wanted to do would not work ot well. He made some other suggestions. These were very helpful. Mr.S was very friendly and helpful. It is nice to find someone who is not just trying to sell something, but is willing to give appropriate advice. This is someone, on this contact alone that I would do business with in the future as well as recommend to a friend.

Unfortunately David could not help me with my problem since it was more extensive that originally thought (a Kirsch blind whereas he deals with Hunter Douglas). But he did go out of his way to try. On the few HD blinds I have, if ever I do have a problem, I will be calling David.

The service was prompt and the repairs were made without any issues. I am not sure why there was a need to pay in cash, but the work performed was done quickly and efficiently. Since this was a repair to previous problematic shades (done by another company), the owner guaranteed three years of warrantee on the service.
