I thought this woman was trying to gaslight me by telling me things I knew were not true. She pretended to be the one who sold me the unit and proceeded to explain that it was out of warranty. I failed to see how any of that was relevant. I did not purchase the water heater from her and it did not matter if it were out of warranty. I paid them to fix it and they did not. I caught her in a lie. I caught them in a lie.
