I hired Mr. Chambers to fix a mold problem I had in my guest rom. He and his crew were quick to respond to my issue and were neat and pleasant to work with They arrived when promised, cleaned up after they were finished and were very careful with moving my furniture and covering up the carpet. The follow up customer service was exemplary. I could not ask for more. I am very satisfied.

I initially hired Mr. Chambers to put up a fence in my yard when I moved to a new house. Working with him on that project was great! He was great at communicating with me during the process of getting an estimate for building a fence. I had to change some things and then added something to help keep my dogs from digging under the fence. He was very flexible and very prompt with his responses. The fence looks great. I was so thrilled that I hired him to do additionally work for me in the house. Specifically, I wanted custom-built cabinets with bookshelves around my TV as the wall is blank and it would be great to have more storage. He gave me an estimate and I paid the down payment based off the description he gave me of what I asked for. That was 2 months ago. I never received drawings of the cabinets. There was delay in him receiving the cabinets, likely due to COVID pandemic which is reasonable. But after he told me that, the communication basically stopped. After several texts and calls asking for updates, he told me he received the cabinets on July 6, 2020, and I asked for pictures. Never got them. I have tried to schedule an install time and keep getting told that he will have to get back to me. It is 7/22/2020 and there are still no pictures or communication about install date despite texts, calls, and an email. This has been a completely different experience from my first job, and I am thoroughly disappointed.

David keep it touch with me through the entire process, made suggestions I had not thought of, inspected every bit of work done. He offered other services I needed to complete the project. I highly recommend him!

Very customer focused. They are very considerate of the customer. This includes not only the wishes of the customer; it also includes their work schedule and other customer wishes.

He is very easy to work with
