Total Remodeling

I used David and his team for multiple repairs and remodels over several years. He installed siding, a new roof, and remodeled much of the interior of a commercial property in Falmouth, KY. He was great to work with and always responsive to my requests.

Several others looked at theroofand could not determine why it was leaking inside. Davis was able to identify multiple issues snd resolved them all

They were great. They showed up early every day and had the roof completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up and hauled away all the old shingles and debris from putting on the new roof. They were very nice to deal with and weâ  re very pleased with our experience with them.

The work was done very well. Davit was there the day the shingles were delivered and dropped off. Then several days later their crew came at the time specified and finish the roof in a couple days. We are very very happy. This job also involved removing two dormers from the garage roof that were leaking. The job is done well and our roof looked fantastic.

Did job on time

When David Ritchie came to inspect my 18 year old roof in preparing the estimated cost of replacing it - he pointed out everything needed or should be done to replace the roof. He was very thorough and noticed things that i never would have. I also had a loosened front cutter problem along with tree limbs growing over the top of my house. David and his crew took care of everything needed to do the job right. My new roof was completed in a timely matter and it looks great. The top of my house is actually in better shape now than it has ever been. I believe David is a man of integrity and can be trusted to do what he says he will do. I highly recommend David Ritchie and his company to anyone who needs to get a new roof, cutters repaired, or anything related to making their home better.
