David Rodriguez Home Repairs

David repaired a rotten frame on an exterior stair. He was prompt in his communication and informed me when there was a rain delay. He was courteous, and the workmanship was excellent.

courteous, professional service

David is a great person to work with. He replaced a hollow door with a solid wood door. I was very satisfied with the quality of his work and am looking forward employing his services on other home improvement projects.

Excellent service thanks

David does quality work and he is quick and honest.

Excellent- Thank you!

David did a great job! Thank you!

David has done several jobs for me, most recently installing SoundBreak drywall which is more difficult than it sounds. He is conscientious, on time, and adaptable to project changes. He does great work and I will hire him again!

He is honest, reasonable & does many jobs.

David is great!

I never received an itemize bill and double check on work he does to make sure its done properly. Poor communication.

Always make sure you get a date from him when he will be finished. He will come in and do the job 4 hours a day. Everyday he would ask for money. Project was left unfinished. There is no time frame of this project and is taking longer than we thought.

I highly recommend David Rodriguez.

David did a great job on my kitchen ceiling and lighting. He replaced an old style florescent tray ceiling with a much more modern looking energy efficient tray ceiling. He also performed numerous other handyman repairs that I was very satisfied with. I will use him again in the future.

On time, very clear about what is needed and what is not required.

Plyeasant experience for a change

David has done a spectacular job on everything he has worked on for our house in Tampa which has been an absolute lifesaver. A few of the jobs he has worked on: -Complete deck and fence repair (sanding, slat replacement, paint/staining -Outdoor fan installation -Structural repairs (door frames/walkways) -Plumbing work (toilet installation) He just doesn't do great work, he does honest work and is someone you can rely on. I would highly recommend David to anyone seeking handyman work and contractor work in the Tampa area.

excellent work done in a timely manner and very easy to work with on unexpected problems that were hidden from the original cost estimate.

David was fantastic! He was punctual, friendly and did an amazing job installing my kitchen backsplash. I will call David again for future projects and I highly recommend him.
