Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
This person is extremely unreliable ? Do NOT waste your time
I would not recommend this lawn service to anyone. He makes promises, says he is on his way, and then simply does not show up. If you cannot or do not intend to show up have the basic courtesy to tell the customer instead of wasting their time waiting around.
This is completely unprofessional and shows a total lack of respect for the customer?s time. A business should be able to keep an appointment or, at the very least, communicate when they are unable to make it.
Saying you?re on your way and then not showing up is unacceptable. I will not be using this person again and strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a lawn service. He did this twice. One Saturday he didn't show up, no explanation. I know things happen: family emergencies, car trouble etc. Gave him the benefit of the doubt & contacted him again. He said he would come on Saturday and texted me in the morning that he was on his way AND NEVER SHOWED UP!
