He responded to my ServiceMagic request within 5 minutes of submission. Perhaps I was overly optimistic that, because his initial response was so quick, he'd be out to do the job in a day or two. But after the 3rd day I called him back & he was out the very next day. All in all, a stress-free experience.

Did a good job installing the sliding door. Three weeks after the job and piece of siding fell off during a wind storm. I called Mr. Miller, he promised to repair his faulty work but never showed up.
