Knowledgeable, personable, talented hands-on contractor. His subs are personally pleasant, professionally adept and expedient. Material selection and procurement were handled in a very timely manner and there were no unforeseen cost or time over-runs. We had been renovating our home due to water damage followed by termite damge for several months, and had worked with several contractors before meeting Mr. Ward. Boy how we wished we had found him first. He was quick to offer different options, suggestions and solutions. He completed the project in our time frame and within our budget. If we need to contact a contractor in the future, we know who to turn to. It was a pleasure working with David!
