29 years performing residential and commercial surveying. Specializing in Residential, Commercial and Rural Boundary and Topographic surveying. *PLEASE NOTE: I do not do FEMA or Mortgage Surveys. FEMA EC/LOMA no longer require a surveyor - go to the FEMA website for info. A boundary survey for a residential lot in a subdivision will cost a minimum of $550.00. Lake property, heavily wooded lots, unusually large lots, or lots in very old subdivisions will typically be more. ALL prices for boundary surveys include a certified drawing of the survey. I do not survey one corner or one line only. All property corners and therefore all lines have a relationship to all adjoining corners and lines that must be verified.

David worked on my schedule. He spent quite a bit of time surveying and marking my property . He also asked if I wanted stakes in any other locations and marked them for me. He provided a complete drawing of the lot and the house location. We were really happy with his service.

His work was as good as anyone could expect. He arrived about on time and completed the work, with his helper, in the time he said. Unfortunately he has yet to deliver my report and drawing which he insisted would be delivered in a week with full payment. Silly me. I���m still waiting. So, other than some stakes with pink tape I have little to show for the money I spent.

"The stakes with pink tape are the result of field investigation, measurements and calculations, which constitute 90% of the survey cost. The drawing, unless part of a submittal (in which case there is a cost associated), is a courtesy which I provide at no additional charge. I was admittedly 3 days late with the drawing."

Came out on time. Spent the majority of the day surveying. Told me that he was not able to complete the survey at the time due to some discrepancies and that he would go to the court house the following day and get more information and then call me to come out and complete the survey. I have NOT seen or heard from him since then and have attempted to call him only to get voicemail. We waited specifically for this company even though we wanted this project completed over 3 weeks ago because they were the best price and had a great reputation and now here we are one month after beginning our search for land surveyors and we are nowhere

"Client called only once. The call was returned by me and I was informed by client's boyfriend that she did not need the job completed. Client would not answer my calls, nothing was billed to client."

I'm perfectly happy with the work on site. The team showed up on time and did exactly what they said. More than two weeks later and I still don't have my certified drawing. I was promised an email and a paper document "within a few days". The mail could be lost, and the email may have decided that the correspondence was "junk mail". The problem is now they won't return my calls. I called, waited a week and called again. I'm frustrated and I feel taken. There is an issue with my property, and I could use the property drawing to help with the issue to close on my mortgage.

Lot lines clearly marked with plenty of stakes. Work was completed within 3 days of hiring David White. Took a couple of days to return my call, but explained what would be done and was able to do the job quickly as planned on the day and time we scheduled. Price was competitive with other quotes. I hired Mr. White after waiting almost 8 weeks for another surveyor to give me a quote. Mr. White was very reasonable in his pricing and performed the survey that weekend. Within 10 days I had the completed survey in my hand along with a letter that I had requested that was needed by the city. I would highly recommend him for hire.

Mr. White was extremely professional and courteous. he was on time, dilegent and respectful. Mr. White spent all morning making sure he made the correct measurements. there was an issue with my property and Mr. White spent several hours taking measurements from multiple reference points and verified the findings. I called a lot of surveyors and all were much more costly than David White. David was very professional and returned my calls promptly. We were in a difficault position with a neighbor's dog and needed to install a fence quickly. This is a busy season for surveyors and when David had a cancellation, called me immediately to move the appointment up in his schedule, being sensitive to our situation. I highly recommend him for any survey job.
