Did a excellent job. I needed someone to do carpets asap and was online in the evening. David responded immediately and it was after 8:00 pm. He promised to go first thing the following morning and showed up as promised. I was amazed at how well he got the carpets cleaned.

Dave was very courteous, thorough and professional. He explained everything carefully, and took his time to do a good job (cleaning an almost new, expensive pillowtop mattress that had been badly soiled by visiting teens and baby, and smelled bad). It took a long time, so although I initially thought the price was a little high, when I saw how much work was involved, I felt like it was a good value. Also he called several times the day he was coming out to keep me informed of his schedule, and again right before he arrived, so I could take care of other things before that, and didn't have to kill the whole day waiting.

David is so professional and does a Wonderful job! He would have us c g eck his work to make sure we were happy with it and if not he would make it right. Loved having him over educated us and surprised us even more. Saved us from having to replace them. Thanks to David Noone even knew we had 6 pets living here and my carpets never looked better. Plus he also helped me find a local painter as well.I would highly recommend David's Chem-Dry to everyone that needs carpets cleaned!

We had a no show from another, inferior carpet cleaning company. David was extremely flexible with our strict timeline for our move out date. He arrived 15 minutes early, called us from the parking lot, and had his equipment up and running in no time. David was extremely friendly, efficient, and most importantly for us in our situation: 100% reliable. The cleaning itself was great, an absolute shock to see how much cat hair had escaped our vacuum. Makes me wish I'd called David right after moving in, rather than when moving out. Highly recommended for carpet cleaning, but check out his other services as well. Prices are in the mid-range based on our initial calling around, but going with the cheapest option resulted in a no show from a competitor, so pay a little bit extra for the peace of mind and great service at David's Chem Dry.
