Came in a gave us options on capping the top of our chimney. Went with an option that allowed us to use wood burning fireplace. When drilling for the flue handle holder, the vibrations caused one of our glass candlesticks to fall off the mantle. Contractor was appalled, and not only apologized for it, but took the relative amount off of our bill, so we could replace it. Quick, clean and professional. Plan on hiring again for chimney cleaning when needed.

David came to our home just before Christmas to inspect our chimney. We did not need a cleaning and he did not charge us anything for the visit! He did recommend that we purchase the lock-top dampers to eliminate the cold downdraft that we experience in our family room and we will probably call him back to handle the installation.
