He is very professional and personable he is honest since of integrity very timely punctual when he said he was coming he would be on time if he would be detained he notify me of a time he would be there. If he did not have time to do the job he would recommend someone else to do the job another contractor. He exceed my exception!

Nice guy...does decent work, but added $75 (over the original estimate of $175) at the end of the project without previous discussion. And, we were disappointed he did not clean up his work mess before leaving.

"Dear Ed, I am sorry that you feel that I overcharged you and didn't clean up after work done. Our original deal was to remove and replace the rotted area of the door jamb, remove the interior trims and replace it, and remove the replace the rotted area of the brick molding at your daughter's house. But ends up to install all new interior trims and exterior brick molding. To make it up to you, I will be happy to give you a 10% discount on a fixed quote on the next project. Regards, David Toofan"

David showed up exactly when he said he would. He got to work right away and discovered that, since our existing door was not a standard size, the job would be a bit more expensive than the original price quote (the odd size required extra labor and materials). He let us know immediately. I think installing this door was much more work than any of us expected! We are very satisfied with the work he did and we will use him again for future home improvements. I cant say enough positive things about him.
