There was a lot of scheduling and rescheduling. I would think he would be coming in the late morning, but when the time came, he was not there. After contacting him, there was always an excuse for not going to work. And there were a lot of excuses. I have a phone full of excuses. A couple of times he did not come to work or contact me. The last time, he pushed it back for another week. I could not get him to finish the job, so I cut my losses. My living room furniture stayed in my dining room and my bedroom furniture stayed in my bathroom. I had bare floors with tack strips exposed. Not a very safe way to live. I do not recommend hiring him, but if you do, do not pay in full upfront, because I am sure he will not be back. Thanks.

"To respond to his comment, the agreement from this customer was to pay a down payment. That down payment covered a portion of the product. When the product came in he agreed to pay the rest of the balance for the product. That did not happen! I installed the product he paid for but refused to install the product that my business paid for. He refused to pay his remaining balance for the product and the product was not installed. I have been burned by people who said they will pay when the job is done or write bad checks. I was protecting my business. When you special order a product you pay in full. Then the labor is paid for when the job is."

He completed the job in just a few hours and the quality of work is fantastic! Would highly recommend this company and would definitely hire them again for future flooring installation jobs!

They bring 3rd party woman and kids not a real crew and they do not call you or response to text few days later and the dumpsters never show up

"Her basement was flooded with water, and the place was a disaster, did not even pick up their clothes, did not pick up anything, mold growing everywhere, and has nothing to do with a third party. Her job was done and completed, and she did not pay the full amount even though the job is complete. Her communication was not good at all, she never answered any phone calls, never answer any text messages. She is the one that wanted the job done and did not pay after it was all said and done. She still owes $300 for the job, and the job is complete. Those people live like a bunch of hogs. The lady is still living in a moldy place because she did not."

Due to a delay in the shipping of the flooring, we had to reschedule the installation. David and his team worked us in to their schedule and completed the project in time for Christmas.

If there is one little thing wrong, they fix it right away. They do BEAUTIFUL work and are so accommodating to your schedule and everything else. I highly recommend their services to everyone! We are so happy!
