Davis Appliance Company

They came and took our money. We called and scheduled appointments for ten months. The never showed. Never called. Never followed up. Pretty much ignored and avoided our calls. So disappointing. What a con.

This company is horrible! DO NOT USE THEM. They are a joke!!! The most unprofessional and unreliable company I have ever experienced! They give you the run around, cancel or no show for appointments. When they do come, they collect their service fee and leave barely even looking at the item needing repair!!!!!! They are down right ghetto!!! I asked { remove company name } to never send them again and somehow I keep getting them assigned to my claims! If I have to use them I am switching warranty companies next! There is not enough horrible things to say to describe just how bad this company is.... Just trust me! I have had to use them 3 times and I AM DONE.

I rarely write negative views unless the service was so poor I would not want to submit anyone else to the same situation. My experience mirrors many of the other reviews regarding Davis Appliance Company. And the only reason I am writing this is in awe of the fact they have done nothing to remedy their customer service. I had to contact them repeatedly to check on the status of a part they said was still in transit, and then confirm the date multiple times they would install the new part. And then I found out that they had the wrong part and had left the unit leaking after they left. Their technician was brusque with my tenant and left her feeling scared after their interaction. Davis Appliance has damaged my tenant-landlord relationship and one I know will not be so easy to repair.

TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Speaking of money, that is all they want. They do not actually DO appliance repairs. They just come, diagnose, and collect their $65. When you finally get tired of waiting (they will NEVER come), youl end up paying someone else to do their job. (Anybody But Davis!) As a retired home improvement specialist, I am shocked at how terrible this company is!

TERRIBLE... DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Communication sucks! I called on 11/15/21 to inquire about washer machine repair. They came out on the following day to access my washer, suggested an inlet water valve, collected $65 for the assessment. I had to call them and ask what was the issue. Derrick said they would have to order the part and **call me when its in**, NEVER heard anything from them. I contacted the office 4 days later to inquire, they told me the part had came come in on that Thursday 11/18/21... but, of course, no one had notified me. Contacted office AGAIN on 11/22/21 to see if or when do they plan on coming out to repair my washer and Derrick responded by saying **someone will come out on the same day but it would be after 6:00* and today is Monday 11/29/21 and I still have not seen nor heard from anyone. A refund will be requested but we will see how that goes.

I donâ  t recommend their services at all. Initially, they came and diagnosed the problem and said they would get the part and come back to repair in 3 or 4 days. Two weeks passed and I called several times and the office assured me they would be there for the repair. Never called me after no show repair appointment, showed no regard for leaving me hanging after not showing up. So, I paid for the diagnostic test and never received any other work , but just a lot of undone work. I just went and bought another washer because I didnâ  t want to keep spending money and wind up in the same predicament. I donâ  t even begin to understand why anyone would use their services, I wish that I had checked the reviews prior. Their reviews are not good at all on the average . I trusted the home advisor website for reliable services and am very disappointed. So, please beware of Davis Appliance Company.

Called to get a repair someone came out on a Friday and did not communicate with me so I called Mr.Davis cell phone doing our conversation he texted me and said he was going to refund me my service fee and for me to find someone else to do my repair as of 11/02/2021 have not received it!!

I hired them to fix my HVAC, it is still not working, and I am out over $989. I called them back, they came the next day worked on it for 20min. and left without saying anything, had to call them later that day to find out what was going on with my unit. They give me more excuses and wanted to charge me more money. did not get a receipt until 4 days after payment.

Did a fantastic job

Very timely service and did a great job.

Kept in communication, came out next day and fixed it right up. Would use again for other handyman type work. Charged to “come out” but they take that off the total if you use them.

He does excellent work! He takes pride and make sure everything is right! He is so detailed and always communicates with his customer! He goes above and beyond!

He does good work! He is always there when I need him.
