Always Fair Appliance Repair, LLC

This company failed to do the repair that was requested (replace noisy evaporator fan). They charged for a visit and to **clean the back of the compressor** (NOT NEEDED) and left. A total waste of money!! After they left I experienced another problem, which may border on possible fraud. I am an attorney. They are NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

took a part that goes with my oven.. I've called and called and emailed with no response. I want the part back that goes with my oven

They came the same day. Did a good job.

Fantastic and quick service at affordable price!

They came on a sunday and figured out what was wrong with our frig. IT WAS DURING A TIME OF CHAOS AND CONFUSION IN OUR FAMILY, and their help was a life-saver.

On time. Straight to work. Friendly and fast. Paid less than I thought I would too. 10/10 would recommend.

Very knowledgeable friendly timely and professional service.

Fast and fair

The service was quick in and with a fair price. Other than the initial miscommunications of arrival time everything worked fine.

They were great. I got same day service and they went above and beyond to help me with my refrigerator.

He worked fast. Was extremely professional, super polite. My washer will live to see another 11years. I will definitely contact them again to fix the dishwasher soon.

I called Always Fair about 2:30 PM on the brink of a snowstorm because our refrigerator had died and we were hurriedly packing up food to put out in the snow. By 3:30, Warren, the repair person, was on his way. And within an hour, the refrigerator - a 15-year-old Maytag - had been fixed with a new compressor installed. There was a $90 visit charge (which I should have been informed about in advance, but I'm really not complaining!) and a reasonable charge for the new compressor. We saved a refrigerator, all of our food, and was impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism and skill! Next time something breaks....I'll call again.

Excellent

They get the job done!

Excellent work

Warren's install service was excellent! I'm new to the area, and he offered to get me numbers for people to do other work if I needed it. Seriously, this dude was the nicest appliance guy I've ever hired. His work was impeccable, and he said nice things about my house, which as as first-time home buyer was very much appreciated lol. I'm definitely going to hire him again in the future when I need more stuff done.

Home Advisor doesn't allow me to say that Warren and Felix of Always Fair removed 3 old appliances and installed 3 new ones: dishwasher, double wall oven, and a radiant heat downdraft cooktop. The cooktop was slightly larger than that of the prior cooktop. Warren and Felix went above and beyond to figure out a way to make it fit. This involved chiseling away some brick and mortar and cutting and adapting the metal casing for the downdraft fan so the unit would fit into the brick alcove that housed the old cooktop. They also fabricated stainless steel sheet metal panels to cover the parts of the brick wall that had been modified. Always Fair Appliance Repair is the trifecta: dependable, expert craftsmen, and creative. I would hire them again in a nanosecond.

They can be a little difficult to contact and reach out to follow up. The work was completed for a fair price, so, I would recommend them.

Warren provided excellent service..repairs were on time

Warren was responsive and did an excellent job. We would hire him again

Warren was responsive to calls and texts. He kept me updated and made sure he had the right tools for the job by asking me questions about my new dishwasher. He made sure my floor was protected. He answered my questions patiently and knowledgeably. I would definitely use Always Fair Appliance Repair again.

Fair, friendly and prompt. It's great to have honest repair technicians i can count on to help when I'm in need.

They were very effective and fast, they cleaned up after the work was done

They are very responsible, pleasant, came right away (the same day).

Kaz was friendly and his work was superb. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem very quickly, and restored our dishwasher to functioning. He explained his work and gave advice about future usage. The charges were reasonable. I will call this company if future need arises and would definitely recommend it to others.
