Work was scheduled before promised date.

Davis Contracting LLC is my go to roofer. As a realtor, it s important that I make sure my clients are well taken care of, but more importantly that I trust the vendors I recommend. Shane and his crew have taken care of my clients for years. They show up on time, they clean up when they are done , they are honest, and will never tell you that you need something when you don t. Their integrity is 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ every day ! I would recommend them without hesitation !

No leak before Davis roofing worked on it in May 2019. Roof was removed and replaced. Had a total of 3 roofs done. Workers did not speak English and had communication issues. No mention of a charge to come out (warranty stated labor/materials covered for 5 Years). No exclusions in contract. The new stove vent and new piping was removed and reinstalled by Davis roofing and now leaks. There is no break in the seal on the piping. Water is leaking due to no flashing as well as the metal roofing has an issue in this area. Damage is being caused on the inside ceiling as well as rust from the water making contact with the iron stove. Thin metal roofing and was told none thicker. There is a thicker metal roofing and same cost with other contractors that do roofing. Roofing nails left and you find them in your foot. On another roof when the vent was in the wrong place I had to argue and threaten to put a rating on HomeAdvisor to get it put in the correct place. This was another language barrier. The contract does not say I have to speak Spanish. On the website, you can have him come out free when you do not have a roof done. When you have him come out for a repair with a 5 year labor warranty you get charged and no work done. They do not call, show up, and climb over fence to get onto your property without permission. The owner told me he was going to sell the business also.

They immediately provided as estimate and were able to get me on schedule quickly. High quality work and great customer service. I would recommend this company for roofing projects.

Absolutely fantastic service! Contacted Davis Contracting through Home Advisor when looking to install a metal roof over my porch. Very fast response and had Hunter Davis out within 2 days of my call. Prompt, professional, and answered all my questions (had quite a few) reassuring me that all would be done to my satisfaction. That was an understatement! It far exceeded my expectations. The roofing crew was on time, worked quickly and precisely and the finished product was beautiful. They were respectful of the property and cleaned up everything! Couldn't be happier! Hunter Davis followed up the next day, and once more after that to make sure the job was done right and I was satisfied with their work. Truly a caring and professional company with superb customer satisfaction. Needless to say, if you need ANY work done, these are the folks to call. I know I will for my next construction projects.

I was impressed with the whole experience from beginning to end! It was nice to have a sales person (terry) who returned my calls. The roofers were professional and listened to my suggestions and recommendations. and I was 100% satisfied.

Very capable friendly people. Quick but thorough!

He came out the day I called to look at my roof. Then he helped me get the repairs financed. Within one week my roof was replaced. They cleaned up after themselves and did excellent work.

I would recommend this company 100 percent. They were prompt, professional and did an excellent job on removing and replacing roof. They completed the entire job in one day which also included clean up. I would definitely hire them again.

I ended up replacing shingle roof. Couldn't have been more pleased with expedient of service and workmanship. Would highly recommend this co. As a matter of fact already have.

We would strongly recommend Davis Roofing, Shane was very helpful answered every Question we had , we added a covered porch,very professional work, he adviced us to remove old shingles , thank goodness we did we replaced 8 boards , as we had been told by others that was not necessary, we have a roof and porch we are very proud of and no problems in the future because the job was done right! We were very impressed with this company. I requested a quote on Friday night and Shane came out on Saturday. We hired them to do the work and they showed up on time, did an excellent job and were easy to work with. We would definitely recommend them.

Davis Contractors was very prompt, courteous and understanding of my situation. I got robbed the first time I tried to have my roof replaced by another company so this time it had to come out of my pocket and thru my insurance company. Davis was very reasonably priced for quality materials and fast professional workmanship. I really appreciate meeting and talking with Shane Davis (Owner) himself, and the workers that did the job were great and very friendly. When they were finished they grabbed some rubbish I had laying on the side of the house, just out of kindness. I highly recommend Davis Contractors to anyone for any type of job that they do. The next project that I will have to do, Shane will be the first person and company that I call for now on. Thank you very much guys.
