I would have given this company zero stars but it was not an option. This company was supposed to start the project in early Oct of 2023. No work has been done and he has not even pulled the permit yet. When called to get a refund he said that he did not have the money to pull the permit and it was none of my business why my deposit was not used for my job.

on time, friendly, honest, great work; wants to come back to add "L" brackets to closet system to strengthen it because the package/box didn't include them. He is doing this on his own because he cares and wants to make what he did even better.

Out of 3 quotes, Davis Construction was the best value. The quality of craftsmanship was fantastic and they showed up to work every day and completed the project in less than a week. Also, the owner, John, shows up himself to do the work everyday which goes a long ways for me. He even offered to do the little things that made the project even more complete like build a small 2 stair step to the porch. Davis cosntruction will always be on my list to get quotes for every project.

John and his crew did a great job. We asked him to build a second story 38â x25â deck, not a quick or simple project! They were courteous and worked regularly until it was completed. Some contractors will schedule multiple jobs at once causing delays, not John. Would definitely recommend!

We had John Davis Construction build us a 20x20 screened in porch addition. John Davis and his team are highly skilled carpenters and builders who take great pride in their work. John was communicative from start to finish and followed through on all tasks. John works well with owners by addressing any issues along the way as well as providing suggestions to enhance the overall outcome of your project. He is reasonably priced and fair. We now enjoy a gorgeous addition and have received many compliments from our community.

"Completely untrue. Because Mr. David H is a contractor himself, the deck was almost completely flawless. 100 percent square and level. Built to code and passed code inspection. Mr. H. was not willing to pay the final payment so I stopped work on the project. Fair is fair."

We had some Carpenter ants destroy some of our front porch. Made an inquiry through Home Adviser. John from Davis Design contacted us a short time after. Within a few days he came to our house and gave us an estimate. Then was able to start the job 2 days later. We experienced some weather but John was always in touch to let us know if he was going to be able to continue the job and if not when he would be there. When the repair was done it looked like new and the site was thoroughly cleaned. It was refreshing to deal with a contractor that stayed in touch and kept you updated. We were also impressed with the quality of the work as well as the attention to detail. Great job John. Thanks
