Air Ducts & Vents - Clean
I am very dissatisfied with the work of davis. I saw or smell no difference in my air quality. He also broke the ceiling tile that covered the attic entrance. He promised to return and replace tile, however he did not. After paying 200.00, I felt overcharged and taken advantage of.

Gutters & Downspouts Cleaning Service
The company cleaned my gutters and roof valleys. A little different from dryer and vent cleaning. It was difficult to settle on the final cost and I was surprised by the surcharge of servicemagic. The indvidual was prompt, worked very hard and did a good job. I did however have to furnish him my ladder to reach the gutters. My gutters are at about 20 feet which I conveyed to him before he started but his ladders were only 16 feet.

Very thorough and was easy to get a hold of and kept us up to date with what was going on with the project. Very helpful and completed the project in a timely manner.

Mr Davis rearranged his schedule to change origional date of service from saturday to thursday to accomidate me. which was awesome. I was asked to work saturday at the last minute. he did an excellent job. vert thorough, and professional, very nice. thank you Joe. i really appreciate you comming out on thursday. Always L:)

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Joe Davis was incredibly fast and prompt in responding to my request. He was able to start later that same day for my immediate projects: install replacement outdoor lighting fixtures, install replacement ceiling fan & light kit, install new light and fan in bathroom, install replacement attic ventilation fan. Work took longer than expected, and it took him several days to accomplish the several small projects I had. Very pleasant to work with, tidy, great value for the price. Will definitely consider using him again.
