Mike Davis called promptly, gave me a bid which was middle-of-the-road of three bids. He came after I got home from work as he indicated and as suited my schedule. He looked at the broken spring and said "I can do this right now, if you want me to." He replaced both springs and pulleys on the door for the price he originally quoted. He did a professional job and gave me a one-year warranty. I can't say anything but good things about Mike and his professionalism. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone who needs garage door work done.

I'm a very picky person and I had no complaints at all and that's pretty rare for me. Good guy. Always addressed concerns right away.
