Jeff Davis was hired to repair a concrete pad and install a basement/cellar door. The concrete pad was not poured to where it would enable the door to sit flush against the home leaving a 1 1/2 to 2 inch gap that Mr. Davis tried to fill with 13 tubes of caulk. The end results are not weatherproof and the door is now covered with a tarp to keep water out. The only good thing I can say about Davis Healthy Basement Solutions is that Mr. Davis did not skip town with the $2000 deposit that he required prior to beginning work. I did not pay Mr. Davis the balance because of his unsatisfactory work.

Refuses to come out to fix the pump. Finish job 11/25/2017 had trouble with battery back up switch not working, promised to replace it, havenât yet , his sup pumps stopped working flooded my basement, I contacted Jeff, again promised to replace pumps, still hasnât, pumps stuck two more times the drainage system failed water running on top of the floor, Jeff came out look around to see if what I said was really happening even though I sent him pictures and text and called, Jeff promised to make everything right, well now itâs January 4, 2018 and he has canceled three appointments and nothing has been fixed.
