Our Pet Turf was installed incorrectly by Davis Outdoor Construction and the owner is refusing to correct their mistake even when we are still within our one year warranty period. He disrespectfully texted me, his female client, ?we don?t warranty anything with dog piss on it.? Lovely language for a well-known and supposedly well awarded company owner! We have had another turf company come out and inspect our turf installation, only to be told what we already knew - our turf areas are basically giant litter boxes because of all the sand that DOC put on top of the crushed rock. All our dog urine has just soaked into the sand and no matter the amount of water or rain, or Simple Green that drenches it, the odor does not disappear. Btw, our grand-dog doesn?t even use the turf every day, only when she visits. Do NOT give DOC your business, there is zero project management and even less attention to issues that are under warranty!

Davis Outdoor Construction did an awesome job . Clay went above and beyond any other contractor I’ve ever used to make sure we got what we wanted and were happy. I was so satisfied with the company that I now use his sons company to maintain my pool.
