We always use Davis and Son for our HVAC and plumbing needs. They are quick to respond and always pleasant and professional when talking to them. Their technicians have been very knowledgeable and professional. They explain every step along the way and give options to repairs. Chris was our most recent technician and he was great. We called for one heat pump issue but while he was here, another was discovered with another unit. Both were fixed and are operating perfectly.

They are wonderful. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices and great work. They worked with us to be able to use our Kwik Comfort card to have our plumbing services completed. Kristen was helpful with working with us and the card company. Any issues we ran into they were great to come back and address.

I don't use them any longer as they told me my sewage pipe was broken from the house the city's line. They were going to charge me $5000.00 or more on top of the already fee for trying to unclog it with a big bulky machine that did not reach the clog. I got a second opinion and they uncloged it for less then 2 hundred.
