Responded within 24 hours. They found the problem right away and had the pump with them and were done within about an hour and a half for the whole call. Very professional, courteous, friendly and respectful. This after waiting 4 DAYS for a callback from Ace Water Well in Choctaw. By that time we had already called Davis and they called back and fixed our pump PRONTO!! I would recommend Davis Water Well Service to anyone within their service area.

I called Home Advisor at night, & received a call back from Roland Davis immediately after I called. I have horses & Roland was at my house the very next day. He & his helper were kind & hard working. Roland has a breadth of knowledge about water wells. They had to install a new pressure tank, & did a great job. We had a water leak in the yard. We asked for an estimate, but he said he had to dig it up to give us a quote. We did not realize he was charging us $600.00 to dig that hole. The repairs were an additional $26.

My original well guy stood me up and did not come back to repair the well, I knew what was wrong with it and I need a quote on what it was going to cost to fix . I called Davis Water for a quote explained my situation and he came out and cinfirmed. QUOTE and wrote it down on a piece of paper, the job would be 600, for the larger pressure tank installed, plus if i add the water filters and they wouldn'tt charge me a service fee if they got the job, so I hired them. My pressure tank was buiried so we dug it up for them. Both trips were 15 min ea at the most . Then I got the bill, he turned right around and billed me the 100.00 service call and 125.00 for ea trip and labor ( 15 min ea day), 325.00 for the pressure tank . I have never been so up set, Davis Water Doesn't keep their word and in my opion they double dipped me.

Please hire a true professional.Hes nice to talk to prompt to respond but have no confidence in his work .My well pump quit working .He stopped by with a young man he was mentoring I guess.Showed me the two red buttons that were tripped up ,pushed each one and the well started working.He then saw that the pressure gauge wasn t working .He then spent about 30 min draining the well tank .Then had his young handyman apply two wrenches and had him make two attempts at Turing the pipe with half hearted attempt of course unsuccessfully then stopped him .He turned to me and said Ma am if it ain t broke then don t fix it By which time of course I was no longer confident in h
