This company is incredible. Emily is VERY responsive to scheduling and keeping in contact. Donny came and replaced our entire panel on house that had copper and aluminum wiring. Upgraded to 200 amp and all looks amazing. The quality is impeccable. They were super fast and all done right. Willing to answer all questions etc. And the price was far less than all other bids. Don't get ripped off by a big company. Go local. We definitely have our electrician from here on out. Thanks soooooo much guys. Outstanding job

My house is 57 years old. Davis & Sons took time to advise me on what I needed to upgrade my electrical box and outlets for new technology. More importantly, I was told what was not needed and what expenses were unnecessary. I've been looking for a trusty electrician for a long time. Now I've found one, I won't be calling any other.

We've had Donny out to our home 3-4 times now since moving in. He's installed pot lights, pendant lights, replaced around 10 outlets and switches all together and did some rewiring. He has great design ideas, is fast and efficient and just a really great guy to work with. We'll call on him again if we need any sort of electrical work in the future.

All I needed to be done was to have 3 lights replaced on the outside of my home. A week in advance scheduled the appt for 12/8/18 for 2pm...did not show up until 6:30 pm. At first, I was like whatever it?s getting done. Come to find out the light on my front porch is not functioning correctly, get told that night that if it continues he will come back out and bypass wiring. Sent a message the next day that the light still was not functioning, got told to change settings. Changed the settings when I got home nothing changed, sent a message and got a response the next day that simply said?ok?...that's it. after I asked if someone was gonna come out to correct got told I had to buy another light. Appt got scheduled for 12/15 6days in advance. Appt is at noon, did not show up till 5 pm. Was told my appt was pushed back because I lived closest to his home so when project popped up they took priority. Completely unprofessional, my entire afternoon and evening for two Saturdays in a row (my only day off) were ruined because I had to sit around a wait for someone to finally decide my project was worth their time. And I don't appreciate being told to just leave my $70 light sitting outside somewhere so he could come to my house when I was not home, that ain't never gonna happen. I will look for someone else next time I need projects done.

He did not put the switch where he said he would at the time of the estimate. Not real happy about the location, but it was too late when I see where the hole was.

My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the work done in our home. We just had them replace every single light in our home, plus we added some can lights in our basement and pendant lights in our kitchen. We had another electrician lined up to come, but after putting us off almost 2 months we hired Davis and Sons. Best decision we have ever made! They came right out and gave me an estimate that was far less expensive than the first bid. Donny was extremely courteous, very knowledgeable, and probably the easiest contractor I have ever worked with. When I was to,d by the first electrician that my antique chandeliers wouldn't work and they would have to be completely rewired, I showed them to Donny who promptly said, "I can make them work". I asked him about several different scenarios with all my lights and he said, "you buy what you like, don't worry if they will be easy for us. We will make I happen." What a great attitude, quite unusual with my experiences! I had him change some things, that I had him do, after looking at them over night. He graciously redid them, even though it was my fault. I had him hang one very high light, and he said it would be no problem at all. He gave his opinion when asked, but said several times, he was there to make sure I was happy with his work, and it was great dealing with a positive contractor! He was right on time, pleasant and gave me a great price for my whole house lighting redo. I am having him come back in the near future to add another light, and do a little bit more work. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone!!

He was prompt, efficient and professional. I had to have a dryer outlet installed and since my older home had never had a dryer outlet (my old unit ran on a 110 v 🤷🏻‍♀️ It really did!) Davis had to tap into the main line. Davis was on time and had the line installed in less than 2 hours. The dryer works perfectly and I was very happy with the service. I was quoted a slightly lower price from another electrician but he never showed up.(Wonder why?) I turned to Home Advisor and found Davis and Sons. They worked past normal work hours and did everything they said for the price quoted. I will use and recommend their services again. Thank you Home Advisor and Davis and Sons!
