Very satisfied

They sub-contract their work despite what the salesman tells you. The sub-contractor did a good job, but after the job was completed, he threatened to put a lein on my house becuase Dawalt never paid him. I had already paid Dawalt, but I was stuck in the middle. I'm still not sure what happened. This was a headache I did not want to deal with.

We received a proposal from Dawalt in October. We then issued a purchase agreement and a 30% deposit to Dawalt to have them do the concrete work for us. We were never able to get a scheduled start date from Dawalt. After several weeks of calling and emailing, Dawalt advised us that they would not be able to do our job -- and requested that we submit a request for cancellation. Due to the fact that we have a purchasing agreement with them, this request was not acceptable and we requested a reason as to why they could not do the job. To date we have not received any communication from them, nor has the monetary deposit been returned. In fact, they will not return any of the phone calls we place to them. This type of service is not a good reflection on ServiceMagic Inc.

They never fullfilled the job, I had to get a refund on the downpayment.

Took them 4 months to do a job that they told me would be 3 weeks!!!

Terrible experience here. Contract stated project (8'x12' concrete pad) would be complete in 2 weeks (signed August 10)..after several calls and filing complaint with ServiceMagic and BBB, job finally done after 11 weeks! Kept getting the old "be out in several weeks" ..... job done ok and price good, but responsiveness TERRIBLE - could not even get anyone besides office person to talk to me...BUT ServiceMagic DID seem to apply pressure on them to get the job done - Thanks ServiceMagic!

I signed a contract with DEWALT CONCRETE and later cancelled before any work was done. After two months they finally issued a refund check which has since been returned to me as NSF. Even the NSF check cost me another 10 dollars. *received all but 10 dollars of the money**

Out of town roof, not able to inspect it yet but inlaws say it is beautiful!! I will complete the rating when we have a chance to look at it.

The completed job has already started to fall apart, after 1 month. The Job was not done to the contracted steps and is now starting to show. This company has yet to address my problem, and I don't think they ever will. Please stay away.

This company has failed to do any work on my garage floor contracted with on August 7th. They took $1,000 deposit and now have not replied to my e-mail requests and their telephone seems to be disconnected. Their sales rep has explained he has problems with the company, and their local Ohio contractor they hired to do my job in late Oct. said he won't do the work because they (DaWalt) owe him money for other jobs. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in Ohio and expect you to assist as you recommeded this company to me.

The two men which poured and finished our pad were exceptional. The man who did the finish work was a perfectionist and worked hard to make sure the pad looked great!

Have entered into contract subject to the final cement contractor coming to view the site prior to actual installation.

The general contract was signed in Aug. they contractor said that this was be done quickly- bad weather etc the driveway was done great by the sub contractr. The general contractor called me on monday for payment- it was not done there were still things that needed to be done. Monday and Tues sub was not here due to weather. Again on Wed. the general contractol called agian for money! the job was not done. The driveway was just finished today and I had not see it yet and the general contrator wanted payment! It seems as though the general contractor doesn't communicate with the sub contractor. It seem and though the are short for money- very pushy and un kind. I would like to note that the sub contractor was great.

overall the end product came out great, I am happy with Dawalt, for getting my job complete.

We have received substantially lower quotes but we very much liked their product and salesperson.

Todd, took care me and had 2 very nice professionals come out and complete the job. the concrete patio came out very nice. I am very happy with my new patio. Thanks Dawalt.

I was really impressed with Jeff, he took care of me and made sure that the job was completed to my satisfaction.

We are very pleased with the final product. The workers at Dewalt were very nice but under-staffed. Only one guy worked alone most of the time. They were co-operative in correcting any discreptencies. I would use them again.

WOW! Finally a great contractor! The deck is awesome. The crew were courteous, quiet and professional. They left absolutely no mess to clean up. Would hire again in a heartbeat!
