He was on schedule and very professional, only concern was he did not return calls as quickley as he promised. Found one flaw in the install but it is easily overlooked by all so it was of no concern to me. hope on my next project everything goes as well. would hire him again.

Am very pleased with the quality of Dawayne's workmanship. He, and his crew did an excellent job, and finished in a timely manner. Not only do I highly recommend him and his crew, but I fully intend to have him back next year to do further work on my home. They were total professionals. Dawayne was prompt when I talked to him and set up an appointment to give me an estimate. As soon as I had a day or two to think about the proposal, he scheduled a date to do the work. I was very pleased of the quality of the work and the attention that was paid to detail. I will probably contact him if I have other similar work.

Dawayne did excellent work. My hardwood floors look exactly like the hardwood floors I had when I built the house. Dawayne cleaned up his work area everyday. He showed up when he said he would. I would recommend Dawayne to anyone who wants high quality work for a fair price.

Our experience with Dawayne was a very good one. He did an excellent job refinishing a 54 year old hardwood floor. He was able to be on the jobsite within a few days of being hired and did the work efficiently. We would work with him again.

Carpentry Framing - Install
On November 17 I wrote, "DaWayne Butler and his crew are timely, well trained, skilled and very responsive to the customer's needs. I would recommend him for anyone needing their basement remodeled. He is working on mine as I write and doing a fine job." On November 18, 2007 ALL THAT CHANGED. Thankfully Dawayne hired a competent framer, because nothing else we contracted for came to fruition. The project was contracted to conclude on Dec 24. I fired Dawayne on Jan 19, with two weeks of work left to complete and all our money spent.

"When we started Mr.Helms basement we signed a contract with him and his wife to finish their basement by Dec.24. The reason we went pass the completion date is because they added an extra sink, painting, plumbing, electric, a custom built workbench, custom bookshelves, custom gun cabinet, extra cabinets, and painting. They didn't want to pay for the extra work so we terminated the contract."
