Baldwin Roofing Company, LLC

This is the worst roofing company I have ever dealt with. I read the google reviews, and the Baldwin Roofing Company that did my house can not be the same company that did the houses for the people that wrote those reviews. I would not recommend Baldwin Roofing Company to my worst enemy. However, there is one rose in the thorns, and that is Joshua Jackson, Senior Claims Advocate for Baldwin Roofing. He was instrumental is helping to get the insurance company to pay off promptly and in the amount requested. Thanks and kudos go out to Joshua. As far as Baldwin Roofing is concerned, they are the bottom of the pit for roofing contractors.

I used this company for a full roof replacement and I have to say they did a great job. They were on time and worked really hard. They finish after 11 hours of work and cleaned everything up. I really liked their attention to detail and protected my outside plants. They were a great crew and I really recommend Josh Van Horn and his team. The entire process took about a month start to finish.

Chase Baldwin was easy to work with, answering all questions and taking care of any issues specific to my roof. He took care to make sure my pavers were not damaged by covering the driveway with plywood in the area of the dumpster, and covered my shrubs with tarps to protect them from and falling debrls. New roof looks great.

Discovered Baldwin Roofing doing my neighbors re-roof. Met Chase Baldwin who offered to give me a free roof survey to see if I also had roof damage (like my neighbors). Chase discovered I had 40% roof damage from a recent wind storm. Chase worked with my insurance co. adjuster and they agreed I needed a new roof. Chase then worked with me and insurance company thru the entire estimate and roofing job. He has a great install team that were efficient, thorough and very professional. I'd recommend Baldwin to my neighbors and family.

I found both Chase Baldwin of Baldwin Roofing Co. and Robert McCombs, who actually did the work, to be professional, knowledgeable, and skilled with excellent customer service. Chase Baldwin was the first to call after I put out an inquiry with Home Adviser. A time and date for someone to look at the roof and give me a free estimate was very timely, and both continued to follow-up with me throughout the process until the job was completed. Photos of the job to be repaired and photos of the areas that were repaired were sent to me in a timely fashion also. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend both gentleman.
