Mr. Dawoud did an excellent job installing a new kitchen faucet. I can not say enough positive things about my experience with hiring Dawoud Plumbing. Excellent communication, professional, expert plumber, honest, family oriented, punctual and provided the faucet install at a fair price. I received the kitchen faucet estimate up front when the appointment was set up without even asking. Talk about excellent customer service. From the moment I spoke to Dawoud Plumbing I knew I was in good hands. If I could leave a 10 star review I would. Will definitely use Dawoud Plumbing again. He was exceptionally professional, and even worked with us around potential weather and other hinderances to come on a Sunday without any additional cost. Beyond just installing a garbage disposal he helped me understand how to do it myself for when it inevitably needs to be replaced.

I do not like to call someone for things I can do myself. However, this plumber convinced me that there are honest people out there still. I am so glad we called him to handle this job. Our water heater of 18 years leaked and needed to be replaced. I can do a lot of things around the house, but this is not one of them. I called home advisor and found the perfect master plumber for the job. His price was reasonable and he was fast plus personable and respectful. He took his time to to help me understand all that was needed then installed the new water heater in a reasonable amount of time. He showed me how I should check the water heater and what I should look for regularly. Though I hope not to need more plumbing repairs again soon, I will call him again.

We had a clogged drain that our snaking was unable to clear. Mr. Dawoud came that day, communicated his arrival clearly, cleared it out quickly, and advised us on some other plumbing issues. We plan to hire him again when we are ready to do other projects. He was excellent!

I called Mr. Dawoud when I experienced a clog drain to my kitchen sink. We made an appointment for the afternoon, texting me to confirm his arrival (a plus). He initially tried to unclog the drain with a 25 foot 'snake'. When that did not work, he used the 75 foot mechanical 'snake' to unclog the drain. Once that task was completed, he then helped me install a new garbage disposal. Mr. Dawoud is polite, well spoken, and conscientious. This is the second time I have tapped his services and will continue to use him for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend Dawoud Plumbing.
