I canâ t say enough how wonderful this company has been to us. Eli came the same day we contacted him and diagnosed our problem with our mini split. He gave us a reasonable quote and he and his crew fixed it within a week. They kept in touch with us and answered our questions right away. We were so relieved and would highly recommend them! Will definitely use them again for future needs!

Eli is a talented appliance repairman. He came right over when we called and worked diligently to fix my washing machine which was locked with the damp clothes inside. After liberating my laundry he pursued a rational progression from simplest possible cause to more complex until he solved the issue. He was unfailingly positive and communicated the progress clearly throughout the process. While it took more than one visit to fix the machine as he had to order parts (which amazingly came in quite quickly) I was confident that he would get to the bottom of it. I was very pleased with how reasonable the charge for the service was considering the time and materials it took and will definitely give him a call if any other appliance breaks. He is a one in a million find!

Fixed a difficult problem with my Fridge. Unable to complete the job on the first day, but came back a couple days later to complete the job. Was able to localize a plug in the line that holds the Freon. Although difficult, he was determined to fix this problem. This guy knows his stuff. And he came initially on Saturday eve from Cape Cod to Somerville! How many appliance repair people will do that? Given the supply chain issues going on across the USA, this is not a good time to buy a fridge. He saved me from buying a fridge. I highly recommend him for any appliance repair.

After being out of town and coming home on a weekend to find my refrigerator had failed, I desperately called several places and Eli was the only one who answered and was willing to come out the next morning. I explained what was happening prior to my leaving and he went straight to the problem, even providing a temporary fix while we waited for the appropriate part to come in. Not only did he fix that problem but he also upgraded the old fridge with new gaskets, replacing ones that were ripped and torn from age. Eli would rather have you keep an older quality appliance than replace it with a newer model that in his experience often lacks the same standards. I would definitely call him again if I needed assistance with any appliance!

eli immediately returned my phone call when my washing machine began making horrible noises and identified the problem immediately and was johnny on the spot to correct the issue and fixing the problem with my pump and saving me from having to replace the pump at a very costly amount and the washing machine works perfectly once again.
