The team leader was an outstanding worker. He took great care of my items making sure to wrap up furniture and asked me many thorough questions. The team overall did not seem very strong and I feel like I was overcharged when my total came to $700. They arrived 1 hour after the 8 AM-10 AM time window I was quoted. I was told the team did not know they had a move that morning and found out that same morning. I could hear items being dropped all over my apartment. Aside from the team leader, only one of the team members continuously wore a mask. The two crew members did not take time to make sure all items were wrapped as the team leader did. I saw several furniture items leave my apartment unwrapped.

They came to my move with a truck to small even tho they gave me a in person estimate So my things were left behind and i had to drive 45 miles to get it all myself. Stuff was missing,broken,and smashed because their truck was to small plus at the end of the night everything left on the truck was put in my gargage....i would not recommend them to anyone.

We're usually known for our exceptional moving and customer service, and we regret that we didn't live up to those expectations here. We have attempted to reach you multiple times regarding the stuff that was missing, broken, or smashed, it has been 1 month and still no response. You can call Alfredo the Customer Service Manager at anytime to discuss a claim his number is (312-XXXX). We will be more than happy to compensate you for any missing or damaged belongings. Also, I want to clarify a few things. The team leader who performed the job informed me that there were items being added to the load that were not on the original estimate, that's why not everything fit in to the truck as planned. According to the team leader almost everything fit in to the 26 ft. truck that we provided. Only a few garden tools, plant pots, and a garbage can filled with miscellaneous items were left behind. You spoke to a representative about this and we offered to send a second truck at no extra charge and you respectfully declined saying it wasn't a big deal. Lastly, the team leader and the crew unloaded and reassembled your belongings in to your new home where you wanted them. At the end of the move you gave each man a $20 tip and nothing was missing, broken, or damaged. The movers were very efficient .. could not believe how well wrapped every bit of furniture was. They disassembled and reassembled. We had no missing parts and no broken furniture. We were told it could be up to seven days after we moved into the new place to have our stuff delivered. Well, the movers were there the next day and even before we arrived. I would definitely recommend and that is what I have done to people who I know are moving.

The movers were on time, courteous and EFFECIENT! Our move was local from a 2nd floor walk up to a 3-story house in Chicagoâ s south side. We were very happy with the moverâ s performance. I have used other moving companies in the past and my previous experience was terribly disappointing. This company however was stellar. We have already recommended them to our friends!

Day and Night did a fantastic job on our move. They took great care of our things while working efficiently and much quicker than any other quotes we received, which also meant a fair and great price for their services. They went above and beyond to make sure all of our things fit safely and I would recommend them to anyone scheduling a move.

William, Pedro, and Charlie were so great! We had a whole house full of stuff, some of which was not wrapped well. They made sure our stuff was secure and fit well. By far the best part was the customer service. Such nice guys and incredibly considerate. They also moved us during a snow storm and never complained once! We would definitely hire them again.

After setting a time to arrive, took much longer. Accidentally broke my ceramic tower lamp I had the lamp ever since my children were small, they're now in their 30 ties. I understand accidents happen, I was allowed to file a claim.
