We hired them to install our pool after we tried it ourselves and could not. This company was highly recommended to us by Pool and Spa Depot in Bowling Green. Instead of recommending we just move the pool to a different location in our yard, she recommended we dig down even deeper. We now have a pool buried that is not supposed to be in the ground. I feel we were taken advantage of because we were not knowledgeable about what could and could not be done and trusted Abby to give us sound advice. I do not recommend hiring this company for anything!!

Let me start out by saying this has been a nightmare and I wish pool amd spa depot would have never talked so highly of this company because we would have not hired them . They actually told us that this company does a better job then there crew at pool spa depot if that is the case do not go any where near them to get a pool be used this company was awful The kids they send out to do the job had only been working for her for a couple days and did not know what they was doing our pool was unlevel the first time they put it up .I had a deep end that dropped off I guess they did not level it properly. Hard to do anything when you are putting a pool up at 12am and using lights to see that was a big red flag. Well then they came back a month later to take pool down and re built it and now it is still not right . May be worst then the first time .I have a Gatorade top on the bottom of my pool that you can feel with your toe clearly may put a hole in liner. I got them to do extra pipe work for the sand filter they said it was way better it has been leaking the entire time paid extra for that and it is wrong . The walls are compromised as you can see that they clearly kicked in and out. There are two screws that is in stripped out on the top railing that will not stay on and there are dents and scratches all over from them throwing pool around when taking it down looks like it is 10 years old now it is just been a mess and now she will not return her phone calls not professional at all so I definitely would not recommend this company it has been a nightmare I have never dealt with anyone so unprofessional we have tried to be nice and patient but it is not getting us anywhere.

Hired them as recommendation from Pool and Spa Depot after purchasing DIY pool; all seemed good until time to install; biggest complaint is now after install/water in pool skimmer gasket leaks and they keep putting off fix saying they are trying to get Pool & Spa Depot to fix. Called them as well - too much back and forth and no action. Meanwhile I have pool full of water that I cannot get electrical run to because of leak. Will be out extra money due to extra water it will take to keep refilling pool. Bad customer service. Pool bottom is also very bumpy and uneven - not sure what happened there. Would NOT recommend. Currently seeking legal action.

Very professional, highly recommended. Will recommend them to anybody that I know.
