Shahid, We apologize that you feel that we were not experienced enough. I have over 10 years experience installing and repairing low voltage wiring. The job stated you have three phone lines and one was not working, when I arrived your office had hundreds of phone lines throughout. This was not an issue of skill on our end. With the age and the condition of the wiring we weighed the cost of repairing the system vs replacing it a whole. We are not in the business of simple temporary fixes. We apologize on our behalf that we could not meet your needs. Mike W.
