The appraisal for my property, situated within a gated community, was not only careless but also omitted essential details that significantly affect its value.My property has undergone substantial renovations, totaling over $100,000, to enhance its quality and overall appeal. These upgrades, which include modern amenities IOT appliances and features, should have been taken into account during the appraisal. Additionally, the installation of a brand new roof with a 30-year warranty is a significant investment that undoubtedly adds value to the property.The fact that these critical aspects were completely overlooked by the appraiser is a clear indicator of negligence and a failure to uphold professional standards. A proper appraisal should consider all relevant factors that contribute to the value of a property, and this appraisal fell far short of that mark.Living in a gated community also carries inherent benefits, such as increased security, privacy, and superior amenities. Unfortunately, the appraiser failed to acknowledge the added value that such a location brings to the property.The appraisal process should have been a transparent and impartial evaluation, but the omission of crucial information and a lack of consideration for the property's actual worth has left me both frustrated and financially disadvantaged.

Did not ask clarifying questions, gave inconsistent and downright wrong comps. Said another unit had better parking when they do not have parking on site. Appraised 100k below an appraisal 6 months ago. I would hire anyone else.
