Excellent service. Followed up until project was complete.

Wildly expensive! All i needed was to replace the light switch that activated my fireplace. He did a bunch of other work that I didn’t ask for and don’t know if I even needed. He charged me $160. I should have asked for a quote. He should have offered a quote. All I needed was to replace the light switch.

Very nice, very accommodating, very thorough. Best filter on their vacuum than anyone in my past experience-no dust blowing into the air at all. They thoroughly cleaned my chimney and my wood burning stove. It was very encouraging to receive information about my wood stove that I knew to be true. It was the best cleaning I have ever received and they were able to fix several things on my wood stove that others in the past either couldn't fix or wouldn't fix.

They were really nice, and did an excellent job! They kept everything neat and clean, so my house didn't get any dust or anything at all. I was very impressed with their overall knowledge of fireplaces - beyond just cleaning - and was left with no concerns at all about starting a fire in my fireplace (which hadn't been used in 3 years). I would very highly recommend them!!!

They were super nice and friendly. Very thorough he even cleaned the gas logs. They covered everything so it wouldn’t get dirty and cleaned up after. They worked with us as far as the time my husband would be home so he could talk to them also. They made sure our fireplace was safe to operate and cleaned. I highly recommend them. Very good quality work at a very fair price.

In addition to being prompt and doing good quality work, they explained clearly exactly what the problem was. We are very pleased and will refer them to family and friends.
