DeFelice was scheduled for a thursday. They called 2days earlier and asked if they could come over in an hour. Since I was available, I was pleased to be offered an earlier day. An old toilet was replaced with a new toilet that met both my and my very old home's specifications. When I think of DeFelice Plumbing, I think of quality work, best value, customer service oriented, knowledgeable, reliable, professional and a well organized business. I can't say enough of how satisfied I am with DeFelice and the work they completed. I would most certainly recommend DeFelice Plumbing to my family, friends, and neighbors. They showed up 2 days earlier than expected because they were in the area. They called me at the last minute when I was at work even though we had an appointment scheduled for 2 days later. My son had to let them 8n the house because I was still at work. It was not fair to me or my son.

They were the only Plumbers who took the time to come to the house to see the job before I hired them. This was critical because the space was tight. When they did the job they were efficient and courteous but not overly friendly. One slight negative was that they didn't clean up after the job.
