The DeGrange team took on our 120 year old floors. It was quite a challenge and they excelled! They laced in new boards to the old and the connections are nearly seamless. This is an old and uneven home and they went beyond our expectations! We are so happy with our restored hardwood floors!!

DeGrange Hardwood Floors just finished our floors and I couldn't be happier! When I called for an estimate, Michelle was so friendly and very accommodating in working around my schedule. When Ryan came out to give me the bid he was prompt and professional, he answered all my questions and emailed me a bid that evening. Upon acceptance of the bid they scheduled our project to begin a couple weeks later. They arrived as promised and began the time intensive process of preparing our home for new floors. Jason, Cameron and Will were awesome as the worked tirelessly to get our project complete in a timely manner. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, took exceptional care while working in our home and answered any questions we had. The final project is so much better than I could have imagined. Part of yhe agreement, when we sold our house, we would refinish the hardwood. There were deep scratch marks do to having 2 dogs. DeGrange did an incredible job! Im jealous that the new owners get to enjoy this beautiful flooring.

We highly recommend DeGrange Hardwood Floors for their work ethic and the quality of their work. Ryan and his team did a great job on our red oak floors. There were challenges, I.e., separation, creaks and joist issues. The floors were not installed well originally. The new has been feathered into the old beautifully and looks great!

DeGrange was awesome from start to finish. From scheduling a bid, getting a quote, all the way to removal and installation. Everyone that worked on the job was super nice and very communicative. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They make sure you are happy with the work done from day to day and bust their tails to get it done.

The workers were diligent and friendly. Other construction was going on and everyone worked around each other. The floors are beautiful and we would hire them again!

Ryan has been very good with communication. We did have some questions about the finished product. Ryan came over and agreed they needed to put at least one more coat of sealer on. Since this takes a few days to cure he was willing to wait until spring to come do that for us while we are away visiting family in another state. Very nice and open young business man that I think will go far as long as he treats his customers openly and fairly.

Excellent work. We had our wood floors in downstairs entryway to kitchen area repaired and restained. Our floors were completely scratched up and had major gaps. Now they look brand new. Very professional, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable about their trade Highly recommended. Will always use them from now on for all flooring needs.

What ever Ryan said he would do he did. His proposal arrived as promised, his crew arrived on the day promised and in fact they finished a day early. He and his crew were professional and respectful of my home.

In the last year I have redone all 2200 square feet of flooring of my near 50 year old tri-level house. I had 4 flooring guys and of those Ryan and crew were, by far, the most professional, reliable and service oriented. They did about 250 square feet that included some rather intricate cuts and fittings. I was extremely impressed that their transitions work was flawless, something that the others left, in some cases, pretty shoddily and which I had to fix myself. I cannot say enough about their timeliness (less than a full day), work ethic and professional attitude. If you are having any work done on your floors I would caution you about some of the individuals and outfits in the Boise area but would not hesitate to recommend Ryan DeGrange.

They warranty their work for 1 year. After the job was mostly dry, I looked across the floor and they had missed a little spot. He came right back over and refinished the whole room and it looked awesome. Very nice customer service.
