Art was professional, commutative and timely. I was so impress with the sprinkler system and how awesome they were; that before he left, I immediately hired them to do a Sod installation for us. Needless to say, we are very much pleased. We did not go wrongâ ¦One stop shop. De La Parra Sprinkles is definitely the company to go with!

I recently wrote a review about my inability to get service on a problem I had with my sprinkler system and not having my emails, texts, and phone calls answered. The company representative reached out and apologized saying they were out of town on a large commercial project. I still dont know why they didnt answer text or emails but the gentleman did offer a contact number and name for future problems and apologized a second time. I have changed my first review of 1/2 star to 4 stars.

They were very courteous and professional on the installation, but refuse to answer emails or messages when i requested repairs on a valve that was leaking. I finally hired someone else to repair the system.

I hired De La Parra for a new sprinkler system installation. I highly recommend them, they are punctual, courteous and professional. They got the job done quick, started about 9am, and finished by 3p. They take the time to show you how the system works and operate it. I am building a pool and needed to re-route my sprinklers which I thought was a difficult job based on other contractors quotes. Arturo came in and quoted a phased approach with options/decisions I controlled the total cost which was less than all other contractors. He started the job and re-assigned my zones disconnecting areas related to pool build and capped some heads without asking for any $$$ but I sent him a partial payment as good faith. His customer service and patience with me answering questions definitely made my anxiety go down. We are still in build but once completed Arturo is planning on coming back out for phase 2 and completing job along with recalibrating the existing system to work optimally. After this experience I would recommend De La Parra Sprinklers for any new or retrofit project you have. The only problem I have is he does not perform periodic maintenance so I will need to find someone for that. Thanks Arturo

Arturo communicated all next steps of Sprinkler project. Was very responsive to any questions I had before, during, after install. Work was professional and timely. Took maybe 3 hours or so to install sprinkler system. I highly recommend his service.

I am quite pleased with De La Parra Sprinklers. They came out when they said they would, and the sprinklers are working nicely. Arturo came out later and readjusted some of the sprinklers for full coverage. Ms. Cheever
