Art was professional, commutative and timely. I was so impress with the sprinkler system and how awesome they were; that before he left, I immediately hired them to do a Sod installation for us. Needless to say, we are very much pleased. We did not go wrongâ ¦One stop shop. De La Parra Sprinkles is definitely the company to go with!

I recently wrote a review about my inability to get service on a problem I had with my sprinkler system and not having my emails, texts, and phone calls answered. The company representative reached out and apologized saying they were out of town on a large commercial project. I still dont know why they didnt answer text or emails but the gentleman did offer a contact number and name for future problems and apologized a second time. I have changed my first review of 1/2 star to 4 stars.

They were very courteous and professional on the installation, but refuse to answer emails or messages when i requested repairs on a valve that was leaking. I finally hired someone else to repair the system.

I hired De La Parra for a new sprinkler system installation. I highly recommend them, they are punctual, courteous and professional. They got the job done quick, started about 9am, and finished by 3p. They take the time to show you how the system works and operate it. They give you 3 year warranty and the best price you can find in the DFW area. Thank you for the great service!!!
