They came out on Sunday to clear our dryer vents. It s made a big difference in drying time.

Agreed 2 days prior to tiny apartment cleaning around furniture with tiny entry to bdrm. I had top of bed filled with heavy stuff off the floor to clean bdrm entry as agreed upon on phone. When older man of the two said they were done, I told him he was supposed to do small area in bdrm we agreed upon with bdrm door remaining open he could see everything I lifted with a hernia I told him over phone I had. Why would I have picked up & folded heavy throw rug that was on top of carpet & put on bed with other heavy items so they could shampoo small bdrm entryway? He said I should have told him before he put away the hoses &;vaacum. I wasnt watching them as I was dealing with my rescue dog that is afraid of noise. We already agreed upon $80 for both & was very small areas around mostly furniture taking up most of areas. I had already set aside a $5 tip as that was all I could afford. Im moving in now a week feel ripped off. He told me to use a cloth & a hot iron to try remove a small spot near entry to bdrm which the door was open entire time &; u could see small spot & belongings & packed boxes, throw rug I rolled up etc on top of my bed filled. He knew its what was agreed upon on phone 2 days prior.

they did a lot of extra prep work that my last carpet cleaner was not doing. the De Leon staff was very thorough and professional and on time as they promised. great Job all around !

Mr DeLeon contacted us quickly, set a fair price, listened to our requests and consulted with us during the visit. He actually saved us by cleaning the lint out of actual dryer inside vents, which I hadn't realized were dangerous. They left work area clean too.

These guys were very accommodating with payment and covering the carpets so they didn't get too wet.
