De Los Santos was right on time for their estimate, and gave me a great price on a lot of work. They did the work on a holiday (Mtn Luther King day). They did have an earlier job run late, but they called before they were due to arrive and gave a new time estimate. This estimate they made, and they finished all work the same day. I'm very happy with their work, and I'll use them again without hesitation. I'm also recommending them to friends and family.

Excellent job, and I am extremely satisfied. When Santos was unable to remove a stump, he explained in detail what the problem was, what the solution to the problem would be, and ASKED if this would be acceptable for me. It troubles me that most contractors don't have the communication skills that Santos does.
