Hired Mr. Severo De Luna for holiday lighting - he was one of first to respond to ServiceMagic request and showed up next day for quote. He quoted one price for installation and removal. Installed next week - went fine, I even tipped him 20% on the job above quoted price. He said he would come back in January to remove lights. It is now mid-February and the lights are still up - I have now called 10+ times and either get an voicemail, or if I catch him answering, he hangs up upon realizing it is me. Very unprofessional. My mistake for paying up front, but warning to anyone else. Hopefully he will get back to me and finish the job.

The guy never came back to finish the job. I called him repeatedly. He kept saying he would come out then did not show up. Then, just quit taking my calls. Finally, after I said I was going to write a review warning others, he said he would come out and finish job last weekend. he once again did not show up and is avoiding my calls again. DO NOT USE THIS GUY! IF YOU DO, DON'T PAY UP FRONT. I never write bad reviews, and I gave him every chance to finish the job. I thought he was trustworthy, but I was apparently wrong.

They called back within 5 minutes of my post, set up an appointment, and completed the installation work witihn 2 days. The price was very reasonable and the job looks great. Looking forward to the uninstall after Christmas, but so far, so good.
