Overall the project was a success once it was started. The crew worked very hard and the end result looks great.

We had a major hard scape and landscape project and we were very satisfied with the results. John and his crew were very professional and accommodating to our needs. All of the work was extremely meticulous and of high quality. In addition, we felt his price was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend!

Work done was fine. Friendly people. Very poor on follow up and getting back to customer. Delays were way beyond what was communicated. I still haven't received a bill and I plan on taking my time paying it.

John and his team did great work. They were able to help me through a bad situation and managed to make it enjoyable. I had a condemned house that had to be torn down to the foundation and disposed of. He came out to do the estimate right away and provided one of the best and most through quotes. Once the township approved the permits they had everything done and the entire site cleaned up in a matter of 2 days.

The deck on our West Chester house was in need of serious repair, as it's falling led to damage (wood rot) that was threatening the house foundation, itself. We requested an estimate, and John came out on a Sunday morning, nonetheless. Within a couple of days, we received an extremely reasonable estimate to repair the deck and foundation, which also included a power washing of the deck itself. His team arrived promptly on the agreed project start date, and worked diligently, responsibly, and professionally during the two days it took to complete.

BEWARE! Inexperienced, unprepared equip... John came out & was excellent then in communications, but never wrote any notes, so work was not done as agreed. After the first painting, I asked for a return. That crew wasn't much better & ran before I could fully inspect the work which still wasn't done. I'm still cleaning up paint & will have to live w 1/2 painted ceilings rather than have a 3rd return visit. No feedback offered I'd asked for windows & roofing estimates explaining problems, again nothing written down. High roofing estimate again didn't consider my needs. No window est ever sent.

We requested an estimate for regrading and reseeding our front lawn. John came back with 2 estimates with different approaches to achieve what we were looking to do. His ideas were very helpful. His team came promptly on the day they were scheduled and completed the job efficiently. They even worked further into the side yard than what was included in the estimate. I've sent John a few emails afterward with questions on products and timing and he quickly responded with good tips on what and when to use on the new lawn. We would recommend Magic Maintenance.

I was in need of a repair or rehab of my outdoor porch and deck on my Allentown row house. Other contractors wanted to replace part or most of structure but John recommended that only a repair was necessary. The price was very reasonable and saved me a significant amount of money from other proposals. His contractor expertly repaired the columns and deck. The work was timely, and the worksite was left clean. The porch columns and soffits were painted perfectly to match the existing structure. John was very professional.

We experienced some significant settlement of the fill returned around the foundation but they came back and addressed the settlement issues.

The experience with Magic Maintenance was excellent. John was great to work with. As it turned out John recommended that I not spend thousands of dollars to try to water proof our unused basement. The 100+ year old basement has a stone and mortar foundation with dirt floor and there's just no way to water proof it. John was very honest in his evaluation and it was a refreshing change from the high pressure contractors who just wanted to sell their system. Highly recommended.

John was very pleasant to work with and gave good recommendations on how the project should be done. His team did an excellent job. And I appreciated that he came back the next day and put the furniture back on the deck after the paint dried. They do quality work at a reasonable price. I would use their services again. Contractor showed up to my Customers job and seemed hung over. His work was sloppy and he was smoking at the customers front door. He also asked my customer's child if they had a light. My Customer eneded up with paint on the ground and the paint job was not acceptable.
