Communication from the person who performed the work was lacking. She arrived late and had to leave for another appointment, but she did a good job. I thought she was going to follow up with me for another appointment but I did not hear from her. I learned later that she had apparently come to my house and knocked on the door, but we did not answer. I never heard the knock, not her fault. But I had thought she was going to let me know by phone when she could come back. Misunderstanding apparently. I would use them again however.
