They showed up on time. He ended up doing more than we originally discussed. The owner came by to check out the work to make sure that everything was ok.

DeSanto came the day before the apt day to install the thermostats so I would have heat again. He also went beyond the contracted job to change the fluorescent tubes high in the ceiling. He is personable. He came to the apt on time, called when he was running 5 mins late. Excellent job.

Completed job as expected. Price is reasonable. However, the contractor had a hard time keeping up with all the appointments forcing me to adjust my schedule.
