Joe was very professional. He arrived on time for both the estimate and the actual repair. He was able to provide a great solution to a problem with two outdated fixtures that did not require re-tiling both our tub and separate shower stall. Job well done for a fair price. I was contacted within an hour and made an appt. immediately. Joe arrived early and got right to work. I have a 9 yr. old water heater that I thought I would have to replace because I'd been told by other plumbers that 7 years was about the life expectancy. Well, within the hour, Joe had changed out the heating elements and thermostats and my old water heater was back in business for less than a third the cost of a new one. I strongly recommend De Santo Plumbing. These guys are good and reasonable !

Arrived a little late but polite and helpful. Required a 10 second tightening I was hesitant to try for fear of breaking. Their basic rate turned out to be higher than others...$85. Next time I will get these figures first (or ask a neighbor). As a recent widow, I was not aware of different rates. Once a pool person performed a 5 minute job and charged $25. Live and learn. Professional company, though.

As a former property manager, Mr DeSanto was the most professional and honest person I have ever worked with. After another company told me that I had to replace my water heater because they couldn't drain it and said it was leaking - I gave him a call. He asked what the problem was and why I thought it needed replaced. After telling him what the other company said he asked if I would mind if he came out that evening. He drained the tank, replaced the elements and thermostats and saved me a lot of money. His honesty has created a loyal customer who would not hesitate to recommend him to everyone.
